RoomInPMS Server

A local AI and voice server: install it on your hotel's own PC, it works without internet and guest data stays with you.

What it is

Speech recognition.
Speech synthesis, including in your administrator's voice: the voice is recorded in the panel in a minute.
An AI assistant powered by language models.
Everything runs on the hotel's computer, without internet: guest data never leaves the hotel.

Requirements

NVIDIA graphics card: we recommend RTX PRO 6000 96 GB; works from 24 GB of video memory.
NVIDIA driver 570 or newer.
Windows 10 22H2 or Windows 11. An Ubuntu version is coming later.
RAM: 64 GB (minimum 32 GB).
Free disk space: 250 GB (minimum 120 GB).

How to install

Download the installer.
Click "Install": the installer checks your computer by itself.
The panel opens a setup wizard: enter a name and password, choose packages (recognition, synthesis, language models) and wait for the download.
Show a QR code for each phone: in the app open "Voice & AI" → "Own server" → "Scan QR code".

Download will be available in your account The installer link will appear in your account. The Ubuntu version is coming later.

Security

Every phone has its own key; a lost phone is revoked with one button.
The panel is protected by a password.
Keys are backed up as a single encrypted file.
Updates come with a button in the panel, with automatic rollback on failure.

Access over mobile internet

Optionally, you can enable access over mobile internet through the RoomInPMS relay. Encryption is end-to-end: the relay sees neither speech nor texts. Off by default.
